SES is easily worth every penny because implementing even one good idea will pay for the odlot ów times between now and the next show in August in San Jose.. I’m impressed by the number of companies sending their employees to SES. It’s not cheap! My flight from Mississippi was $800, hotel around $1000, and tuition was $1500 even with the coupon. So many retailers, ad agencies, and Fortune 1000 companies are sending their staffs here for an introduction /crash course in selling though the search engines.

Best of all, postal mail doesn’t have a spam filter so your message is guaranteed to reach your customer.. Have a postcard created to send out to your holiday customers that not only acts as a “thank you” card obuwie also a coupon for something off their next medal. Email may be instant, but nothing can beat the impression of direct mail. Everyone gets mail at their house and an attractive postcard that stands out, hits the message home. For your large orders, consider sending a greeting card.

As a search engine marketer, the biggest mistake I see small businesses make in terms of DIY SEO is when companies focus so much of their time and efforts writing and optimizing meta-tags, or on other non-important elements of their website, instead of focusing on what really makes a difference in ranking a web site.

All too often I see merchants with stores that have recently opened (or have been open for a while but are complaining about lack of natural search traffic), with product pages that lack sufficient original content. Now while writing for the web means you write less (and make your text scanable with bullet points and shorter line lengths) than you would for a catalog, embracing minimalism with your product content is a sure way to rank poorly with search engines and also deter visitors from becoming buyers..

Reading through merchant emails lately has allowed me to see some feature requests that I hadn’t heard of before. Merchants were concerned about the “out of the box” experience (the process of unpacking the ordered item). One request that I saw a few emails for was a means to add a company logo to order invoices or packing slips. While we don’t have this feature in the product currently, I did try a few different ways to accomplish this with minimal effort..
